1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take longer, but we will notify you in case of any delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship via trusted courier services with tracking available for all orders.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Within India: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Packaging & Handling

  • Collectibles are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Vintage or fragile items may require special packaging; additional handling fees may apply if specified at checkout.


5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Time Dust is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after dispatch.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure delivery confirmation.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the package and item for a resolution.


6. International Orders

  • International shipping may take longer due to customs and import procedures.

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.
